ORDER PROCESS
1. Fill in this form below and DM me via Discord only ( @renarkyo <<click here )
2. I will inform you whether you got the slot or have to be waitlisted.
3. If you do, I will send you an invoice and you need to pay via Paypal or BCA/Gopay/SPay.
4. I will start the commission in the following order: sketch - lineart - coloring.
5. I will send progress checks. Please be active! You are also allowed to ask for major revisions only before the coloring phase. After coloring phase, you can only ask for minor revisions.
6. The final product will be sent within 1-2 weeks or longer (depending on my work time and the design complexity).
7. Final product will be sent through email.
Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully!
Violating any of the said terms will terminate the process between the client and the artist. Said client will be placed on a blacklist and will not be able to inquire any of the artist's services.
1. Prices stated are BASE PRICE only.
2. NO rushed commissions accepted.
3. I have the right to DECLINE a commission for various reasons.
4. Prohibited to use for AI training, NFTs, or any kind of reproduction without my permission. PERSONAL USE ONLY.
5. I maintain the right as an artist over the completed commission work. The work will be used as a medium for SELF-PROMOTION and COMMISSION SAMPLES. If the client wants their commission to remain private, I will respect and retain their privacy.
6. I can only accept two slots at a time. If it's already full, commission will be added to the waitlist as the client's agreement. Please check TRELLO regularly for updates on your commission. Thanks for your patience.

1. I will provide three sketches for the client to choose from. More than that, the client will be charged accordingly.
2. Starting from the sketching step, two major revisions are allowed, More than that, the client will be charged accordingly.
3. NO REVISIONS during the rendering process, everything that was discussed prior rendering is considered as final.
4. You will receive full-resolution PNG files of the final drawing: (1) with my watermark and (2) without my watermark.
5. The final product will be sent through your email.
1. It would take 1-2 weeks depending on my work time and the design complexity.
2. The maximum set time is two months after I made the sketch for your commission.
3. If I, somehow, fail to meet the set deadline, the commission request will be REFUNDED COMPLETELY. Unless an agreement is made between the artist and the client.

3. Payment can be done via PAYPAL (in USD — for International clients) or BCA/GoPay/SPay (in IDR — for Indonesian clients). Foreign currencies are NOT in its exact conversions.
4. Payment must be DONE COMPLETELY before commission starts.
5. The purchases above $100 or IDR 500K can be done 50% upfront. (DP — Commission — FP — Delivery)
5. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS after payment is sent. Unless I am unable to work on your commission due to personal reasons.
6. If you pay via PAYPAL, there will be an additional charge due to the transaction fee.
